Who We Are

Like a lot of start up small businesses, we are two guys who wanted to take that first step out and turn a hobby into something more. The birth of Cole Valley Craftworks was something that we had dreamed of for years, and it finally began to take shape during the summer of 2021.

In July of 2021, the work began to start building Cole Valley Craftworks. Equipment and supplies started to be ordered, the workshop was organized and updated to support the new gear, and all of the fun behind the scenes paperwork began. Over the next few months, different builds were tested out, along with new equipment like our CNC machine.

So what is it that we are doing now? Great question! We love building cornhole boards! Specifically ones that we believe are the best quality and built to last. Our standard boards are made up of solid poplar frames with either birch or maple plywood tops. We have done some awesome one-off specialty boards with solid wood tops and hope to be able to do more in the future once we’re able to add some new machines to the workshop.

We have also been having fun creating signs and unique pieces with our new CNC machine, and have began to even do some cornhole boards with engraving and epoxy fills.

So that is where we are at right now. Thanks for checking us out! If you’re interested in a set of cornhole boards or something cut out on our CNC, please reach out to us at colevalleycraftworks@gmail.com or you can fill out the form on our contact page.
